  • We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to help ensure your date is available. For last-minute celebrations, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event. We accept payments via Zelle & Apple Pay.

  • All retainers and payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may require an additional fee. Any custom or personalized items already purchased or created cannot be transferred or refunded.

  • We style decor for birthdays, bachelorette celebrations, baby and bridal showers, weddings, proposals, anniversaries, graduations, quinceañeras and Sweet 16s, corporate events, grand openings, and more. Every celebration is unique, and we’re happy to create a custom setup designed around your event, theme, colors, and vision. If you don’t see your type of event listed, simply submit an inquiry and tell us what you have in mind.

  • Weather can be unpredictable, especially for outdoor events. If weather conditions make an outdoor setup unsafe or impractical, we’ll work with you to explore available options, such as moving the setup indoors or rescheduling to another available date. Payments are non-refundable, and any rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional costs depending on materials, rentals, or other event-specific expenses.

  • We provide event decor throughout Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the East Valley, including San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Gilbert, Mesa, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on the location of your event. For celebrations outside our standard service area, contact us with your event location and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request.

  • Yes! We offer decor setups for Airbnbs, vacation rentals, hotels, and private residences. These are perfect for bachelorette weekends, birthdays, romantic surprises, and other special celebrations. For Airbnbs and hotels, clients are responsible for confirming that outside décor vendors are permitted and arranging access for setup in advance.
